具有环保特色高校研究生培养机制改革的思考

Thoughts on Cultivation Mechanism Reform for Postgraduates with Environmental Protection Characteristic

本文对新形势下高校硕士研究生的培养机制进行了研究,指出具有环保特色的高校在满足社会需求、突出特色、引领本地区文化走向的定位和办学特色成为高校生存和发展的关键。结合本校实际,提出重视那些与优势学科相关的学科,进一步丰富硕士研究生培养机制改革内容,不断提高硕士研究生的培养质量,形成以研究生为中心,最大限度地引导、调动、发挥研究生积极参与的主动性、自觉性和创造性,尽量使较弱的学科与优势学科形成交叉学科,或实行文理融合,突出特色,从而提高学校的整体水平。

The cultivation meehanism for postgraduate under the new situation was researched, and pointed out that with environmental protection features of universities to meet the needs of the community, in highlighting the characteris- tics of local culture, leading to the orientation and characteristics of running a school to become the key to the survival and development of colleges and universities. Combined with the actual, put great attention to those with superior discipline re- lated disciplines, further enrich graduate cultivation mechanism reform content, and constantly improve the cultivation quality of graduate students, formed to graduate students as the center, to maximize the mobilization, play guide, and graduate students to participate actively in the initiative, consciously and creatively, as far as possible to make weaker dis- cipline and discipline advantage to form a cross discipline, or execute texture fusion, outstanding distinguishing feature, so as to improve the integral level of the universities.
