摘要
在无挡板平底圆筒搅拌槽内,采用置顶式2叶平直叶搅拌器,对脱硫石膏浆液进行了悬浮特性的实验研究,分析了d/D、D、cb对搅拌功率Ns、体积功率Ns/V及的石膏悬浮高度比hsp/D的影响,结果表明,当D≥24 cm,Ns、hsp/D随d/D的增大先减小后增大,Ns和hsp/D都存在最小值,并且最小值与cb相关;当D=20 cm时,hsp/D随d/D的变化较复杂;Ns/V随D的变化受d/D和cb的影响较大;Ns、hsp/D都随cb的降低而降低,表明较低的叶轮离底间距更容易实现石膏颗粒的悬浮,更有利于石膏浆液的悬浮分层。
The suspension characteristics of desulfurized gypsum were studied in the unbaffied, flat bottom, cylindrical glass vessel stirred tank, with two-blade fiat-blade turbine. And the impeller diameter-to-tank diameter ratio d/D, tank diameter D, impeller clearance cb are determined to show the effect on the power Ns, volume power NJV and suspension height-to-impeller diameter ratio hiD. The experimental results illustrate that: when D~〉24 cm, with increase of impeller diameter-to-tank diameter ratio d/D, the Ns and hse/D decreased first and then increased, and the minimum values are related to the cb; When D 20 cm, the relationships between hse/D and d/D are complicated. And the volume power NJV is more dependent on d/D and cb. Accordingly, the effects of cb on hsp/D and Ns show that the lower impeller off-bottom clearance, the easier to suspend desulfurized gypsum, and more conducive to the desulfurized gypsum slurry suspension laver.
