"黄金周"制度的实施对中国旅游业的发展起到极大的推动作用,但由于出游时间的集中性暴露出很多问题,特别是对旅游生态环境造成相当大的破坏。现从战略环境影响评价的角度论述"黄金周"制度对旅游环境造成的负面影响,证实了政策缺陷是环境问题产生的根源,并提出应对此问题的对策。

The ＂Golden Week＂ system has given a great boost to the national tourism of china, while many problems has been exposed for the travel time is too concentrated, especially for the tourism ecological environment caused considerable damage. The paper discussed the ＂Golden Week＂ system of tourism environmental impact from the point of strategic environmental impact assessment perspective, and analyzed the system＇s defects, put forward to should issue countermeasure.
