Much attention has recently been directed to the issue of bilingual teaching. In China, many colleges develop multiform investigation and practice on bilingual teaching of physical chemistry. The paper introduced local Colleges paying more attention to teaching have the restriction factors and the countermeasures in this process to promote the reform of Bilingual teaching of physical chemistry in local colleges.
