化学专业教育实习存在问题的分析与建议

The Analysis and Suggestions for Existing Problem of Chemical Educational Practice

教育实习工作是高等师范院校教学过程中一个十分重要的教学环节。目前高等师范院校的化学专业教育实习的现状,仍然存在很多问题。师范生在教育实习过程中一般存在着备课不充分、盲目依赖参考资料等缺点。本文将借鉴相关教育实习的经验,指出教育实习过程要从根本做起,改革教法课程内容、提高指导教师水平、实习生提前准备三个环节的结合在一起;提高实习生的教学技能,为以后走上教师工作岗位打下坚实的基础。

The works of educational practice are important teaching step for teaching process in normal university. Currently existing a lot of problems for chemical teaching process in normal university, e.g. prepare lessons is inadequate, blind, etc. A portable borrowed related experience for educational practice, point to start from scratch in the process of educational practice, the reform in teaching methods and courses. Thereby teacher＇s level and practice teacher＇s teaching skill, at the same time, practice teacher pave the path development after a good solid foundation.
