季铵盐改性脱细胞猪真皮基质的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用不同用量(1%、5%、10%)的十二烷基三甲基氯化铵(DTAC)浸渍脱细胞猪真皮基质(pADM),测定了改性后pADM的接触角、吸湿率、溶胀率、毛细管吸水率以及对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌性能。结果显示:通过DTAC处理后的pADM,接触角随DTAC用量的增大而减小,吸湿率、溶胀率与毛细管吸水率随DTAC用量的增加呈现先升高后减小的趋势。随着DTAC用量的增大,抑菌圈直径也增大,抑菌性能增强。 In an attempt to get the antibacterial property of porcine acelluar dermal matrix (pADM), different dosage of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DTAC), 1%, 5%, 10% were applied to treat pADM respectively. The contact angle, hygroscopic rate, swelling rate and capillary water rate were all tested. The inhibition zone against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were observed. The Results showed that contact angle increased with the increase of DTAC dosage, hygroscopic rate,swelling rate and capillary water rate all first increases and then decreases the trend with the increase of DTAC. Besides, by increasing the DTAC dosage, the antibacterial experiment recorded an increase trend of diameters of inhibition zone.
