摘要
运用低速粘度计Low Shear 30和激光多普勒测速仪(LDA)对粘弹性流体的管流流动规律进行了系统的研究,包括流变实验,管内速度分布、湍流度、功率谱和自相关函数等。结果表明,流体的粘弹性质将起到抑制紊流脉动、导致管流速度剖面加大及流体能量耗散减少等作用。
The viscoelasticity of fluid is causing much attention. Study on the flow pattern of viscoelastic fluid in pipe is carried out using Low Shear 30 and Laser Doppler Anemometer, mainly involves rheology test, velocity distribution in pipe, turbulent viscosity, power spectrum, and coefficient of autocorrelation, etc. Results show that the viscoelasticity could inhibit the pulse of turbulence, enlarge the pipe flow velocity profile, and reduce the power consumption of fluids.
