摘要
参照美国消防协会标准NFPA262-2002《电线电缆燃烧和发烟特性的标准测试方法》设计构造电线电缆中比例水平燃烧试验装置,对阻燃聚氯乙烯护套聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆(ZR-VV)、交联聚乙烯护套聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆(YJV)、阻燃交联聚乙烯护套聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆(ZR-YJV)等3种电缆产品进行水平燃烧性能研究。结果表明,电缆规格4×6mm2时,ZR-YJV电缆的阻燃性优于YJV电缆,YJV电缆优于ZR-VV电缆;电缆规格4×2.5mm2时,ZR-YJV电缆的阻燃性能优于ZR-VV电缆,ZR-VV电缆优于YJV电缆。在中比例水平燃烧试验环境中供火功率对电缆的水平延燃性能有很大影响,供火功率越大,水平延燃长度越长。
According to the standard of NFPA 262 2002, a series of experiments are first accomplished by medium-scale horizontal combustion experiment to study the combustion charac teristic of electric cables for ZR-VV, YJV, ZR-YJV etc. As a result, when the cable format reaches 4×6 mm^2 , the flame retardant of ZR-YJV is better than YJY cable, the flame retardant of YJY is better than ZR--VV eable; when the cable format reaches 4×2.5 mm^2 , the flame retardant of ZR-YJV is better than ZR-VV, the flame retardant of ZR-VV is better than YJV. Furthermore, the power effect strongly to the horizontal combustion characteristic, the higher for the power, the longer for the combustion spread length.
