摘要
在分析整理实际生产中的钻井液优化设计过程的基础上,开发了钻井液优化设计软件。首先通过智能化方法将地层参数予以量化,然后通过一定的匹配规则在钻井液特征库中搜索满足要求的钻井液体系,最后根据地层参数确定合理的钻井液性能范围。
An expert system is developed for drilling fluid optimization, based on the study of field design and optimization of drilling fluid. This expert system predicts the reservoir sensitivity and possible complications using the artificial neural network, and quantifies the formation parameters. It searches for a suitable drilling fluid system in the database after quantification, and in accordance with some certain regulations on compatibility. Reasonable drilling fluid performance then could be determined accordingly.
