This paper discusses the deduction of professional ethic,professional laws and regulations. It combines the deduction and conclusion, deepens the reform of teaching methods of theory teaching. It tries to form rigorous teaching system through the construction of internal relationship of generality and individuality from perspective of general theory and different professional individuality. This paper develops the vision of professional moral,riches the knowledge of professional laws and regulations, h clarifies the necessity and practical significance of deduction teaching method in the course of Moral Education and Law Basics .
