农民工工资近几年来出现了逐步上升的趋势,这是对农民工工资原来行政强制性的生存工资的校正。多方面的数据表明,目前农民工工资的现状是:基数低,工资水平不高,扣除物价上涨的影响因素甚至出现了负增长,尤其是在整个国民收入分配格局中的占比严重偏低。要改变这种状况,关键是要从国民收入两次分配的格局入手,改革收入分配制度,收入分配要向劳动者倾斜,确保劳动收入的最大化,促使农民工工资持续稳定的合理增长。

In recent years,there have been a gradually upward trend in migrant workers＇ wages,which is the rectification of the original administratively mandatory wages of migrant workers-survival wages exactly.Various data indicate that the current migrant workers＇ wages are in low base and level,which even experience negative growth rate allowing for the factor of the impact of price increase.As a result,the migrant workers＇ wages only account for a severely small proportion in the entire distribution of national income.To solve this problem,the key is to reform the system of income distribution,basing on the structure of distribution and redistribution of national income.The new system should care more about the migrant workers＇ situation to ensure the maximization of the labor income,so that the wages of migrant workers can increase in a continuous,stable and reasonable way.
