失地农民养老模式选择意愿的影响因素

Analysis of Factors Which Influence the Old-age Will of the Land-lost Farmers

以微观调查数据为基础,利用计划行为理论和结构方程模型,研究了失地农民养老模式选择意愿的影响因素。结果表明:失地农民在意愿上倾向于选择多元化的养老模式;潜变量行为态度、主观规范、感知行为控制对失地农民养老模式选择意愿的影响显著;可观测变量保障基本生活需要、提高生活质量及抵御养老风险等诉求对失地农民的行为态度及养老模式选择意愿影响显著;可观测变量个人意见、子女意见及亲友意见对失地农民的主观规范及养老模式选择意愿影响显著;可观测变量自身条件、国家政策对失地农民的感知行为控制及养老模式选择意愿影响显著。

According to the data of investigation,this article systematically analyses the factors which influence the land-lost farmers＇ old-age will by using the theory of planned behavior and the structural equation model.It is found that land-lost farmers like to select the diversification model to satisfy their old-age desire.In terms of latent variables,the behavior,subject norm and perceived behavior control impact the old-age will significantly.In terms of observed variables,the purpose of ensure the basic life need,improve the quality of life and resist endowment risk impact the land-lost farmers＇ behavior and old-age will significantly;individual opinion,children＇ s opinion and relative＇ s opinion influence the land-lost farmers subject norm and the old-age will significantly;their own conditions and the national policy influence the perceived behavior control and the old-age will significantly.
