摘要
本文主要分析了地方高校理工科学院以学科建设提升人才培养水平的几个现实问题。通过阐述吉首大学生物资源与环境科学学院学科建设对人才培养的促进作用,提出地方高校理工科学院学科建设在人才培养中处于核心地位的主要观点。通过实例分析阐述学科建设定位、平台建设和产学研结合在人才培养中的主要做法,认为地方高校理工科学院要在人才培养凸显优势、做出特色必须紧紧依靠学科建设来实现。
In this paper, analysis of several actual problem on relationship between discipline development and students cultivation were discussed. Basing on the elucidation of practices of School of Biology and Environmental Science, we claim that discipline development plays the core role on students cultivation,and orientation of discipline development, platform construction and in- dustry- study--research cooperation are the effective pathway to increase quality of personnal cultivation promoted by disci- pline development.
