摘要
文章以北海职业学院"冷藏技术"课程现场教学模式为案例,从现场教学前的准备、现场教学组织管理及现场教学效果评价三个方面详细分析和总结了具体实施过程,对高职工科专业校外现场教学有一定的指导和借鉴作用。
Based on tb.e case of the on-the-spot teaching mode in ＂Refrigeration Technology＂ curriculum in Beihai vocational college,the paper detailedly analyzes and summarizes its specific implementation process from three aspects：its preparation for teaching,its organizational management of on--the--spot teaching, its effect evaluation, it serves certain guidances and refer-ences for on-the-spot teaching in higher vocational engineering speciality.
