浅议高校“住宿学院制”的发展前景

校内住宿是对大学生进行文化熏陶和思想教育的最佳方式,但由于认识不清、投入不足,许多高校无法为学生提供便利而优质的住宿条件和环境,而且宿舍管理观念落后,缺乏专业化管理和人性化服务,导致大学生校外租房居住现象屡禁不止。高校推进学生工作专业化进程,建立"住宿学院"制,将有助于开掘学生宿舍的发展功能,有力推进高校学生管理模式的改革。

On campus accommodation is the most effective way to carry out cultural and ideological education. However,due to the lack of understanding and investing,many colleges and universities can＇t provide students with convenient and high quality accommodation with nice environment. Backward concepts on dormitory management and the lack of professional management and human services lead to the phenomenon that many students prefer renting a house outside. Promotion on the specialization of students＇ work and setting up residential system will contribute to both the development of dormitories and reform of students＇ management pattern in colleges and universities.
