浅谈职业教育中的校企“一课双师”教学

Talk about the “Two Teachers from Colleges and Entreprises Cooperate to Complete a Course” Teaching on Vocational Education

聘请行业企业里具有相应高技能水平的专业人才和能工巧匠到学校担任兼职教师,讲授实践技能课程是提高高等职业教育教学质量的重要途径,也是高职院校师资队伍的重要组成部分。文章针对行业企业一线技术骨干工作忙、教学能力不强等问题,提出"一课双师"教学,通过实施校企双方教师共同讲授一门课程的方式,发挥企业兼职教师的特长,逐步提升企业兼职教师的授课能力。

Engage corresponding high skill level professional and skilled craftsman from enterprises as a part--time teacher, teaching practical skills course is an important way to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education,and they are an important part of the higher vocational college teachers. According to the situation of technology backbone are busy in work and their teaching ability is not strong,this paper proposed＂two teachers from colleges and entreprises cooperate in completing a course ＂,in this way to implement teachers from college and enterprise cooperate to complete a course, so as to improve their teaching ability.
