日本的"产学官"体制已经经历了几十年的发展历程,积累了大量成功的经验。通过对日本"官产学"体制发展及其成功经验的分析,对比宁波职业技术学院"三三"模式的发展现状,由此总结出日本"官产学"体制对"三三"模式发展建设的借鉴意义。

The innovation mechanism of combining enterprises,universities and governments in Japan had developed for several decades and accumulated rich successful experiences. This essay focuses on the analysis of the development and its rich experiences of the innovation mechanism of combining enterprises,universities and governments in Japan to compare to the developing situation of ＂Triangular Model＂ in Ningbo Polytechnic,thus to make a conclusion of the reference function of the innovation mechanism of combining enterprises, universities and governments in Japan to the development of ＂Triangular Model＂.
