摘要
采用国产YF-97B缓蚀剂对常减压装置初、常顶系统进行防腐测试。分析了YF-97B缓蚀剂的防腐蚀机理,实际应用结果表明,国产YF-97B缓蚀剂具有降低初、常顶系统的腐蚀和延长设备使用寿命的作用。
The homemade YF-97B inhibitor was used for corrosion protection test of primary and atmospheric overhead system of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.The corrosion protection mechanism of YF-97B inhibitor was analyzed.The practical application result showed,the homemade YF-97B inhibitor has the effect of reducing corrosion of primary and atmospheric overhead system and extending the service life of the equipment.
