Research on Professional Quality of Part-time Instructors in Vocational Colleges

高职院校兼职辅导员双肩挑的特殊身份和高职院校特殊的生源素质对兼职辅导员的职业素养提出了很高的要求。在界定了兼职辅导员职业素养的内涵的基础上,阐述了高职院校兼职辅导员职业素养的现状,并提出了高职院校兼职辅导员的培养途径。

The special status of part-time instructors and the special qualities of the students demand high professional qualities of part-time instructors in vocational colleges. Based on the connotation for high professional qualities of part-time instructors, the present situations about professional qualities of part-time instructors was elaborated, and training ways of part-time instructors in vocational colleges were put forward.
