摘要
以干旱胁迫下丙二醛含量作为抗旱性鉴定指标,对K55×K58杂交组合的亲本、F1、F2:3家系丙二醛分析结果表明:自交系K58为强抗旱性品种,K55为弱抗旱性品种,F1为高抗,F2:3家系抗、感分离比例符合3:1。进一步利用BSA法对60对SSR标记进行筛选,其中引物ORS510和ORS317在抗感基因池间表现稳定的多态性,并且在F2、F2:3家系个体中表现出抗性与多态性协同分离的趋势。采用MAPMAKER数据分析软件分析,表明ORS510、ORS317距离干旱胁迫下控制丙二醛含量的抗性基因分别为6.8cM、9.7cM。
We studied on the cross combinational parents of the K55 ×K58 and F1,F2:3 family of malondialdehyde content as drought-resistance identification indexes under drought stress results showed that K58 had drought resistance,K55 had emotional variety,F1 had the high resistance and F2:3 family resistant and susceptible separation in line with the 3:1 ratio.Using BSA method of 60 pairs SSR markers screening,including primer ORS510 and ORS317 in anti-influenza gene pool had stable performance and in the F2,F2:3 family individual showed resistance and polymorphism collaborative separation trend.Depending on the software MAPMAKER data analysis showed that ORS510 and ORS317 distances from the MDA chain gene-related sites were 6.8cM,9.7cM under drought stress.
