摘要
本文以火力发电厂的珠光体型耐热钢12Cr1MoV钢为研究对象,12Cr1MoV钢在长期高温和应力作用下会发生组织的变化,珠光体不断球化,钢管显微组织形貌特征反映了钢管老化的严重程度。本试验制取了12Cr1MoV钢金相的试样,并利用金相显微镜进行图像采集,分析了图像预处理,图像增强,图像平滑滤波,图像分割等相关算法,对珠光体边缘进行检测,为利用标准图谱对12Cr1MoV钢珠光体球化程度进行评级提供准确的依据。
The paper takes the 12CR1MoV pearlitic heat-resistant steel of power plant as the research material.12Cr1MoV steel will experience the organizational changes under the long-term high pressures and stresses.The pearlitic continues to spheroidize while the characteristics of the steel tube microstructure reflect the severity level of the aging of the steel pipe.Image acquisition is collected by metallurgical microscope through 12CR1MoV production of steel metallurgical style.Preprocessing,image enhancement,image filtering,image segmentation etc.will be performed on the collected metallography by the relevant algorithm and the analysis on the extent of pearlite spheroidization will provide a theretical basis for the rating of 12CR1MoV steel pearlite spheroidization degree by utilizing the standard spetrum.
