摘要
土壤工作部件是影响免耕播种机工作性能的主要因素,本文以DMB-4200型免耕播种机所采用的整体式土壤工作部件为研究对象,通过采用PRO/E建模、ANASYS有限元分析以及动力学分析等手段分别对其破茬器、开沟器和镇压轮这3大组成部分的设计进行了分析,分析出了整体式土壤工作部件的特点,并通过试验验证了该部件所满足的设计要求。
The soil working part is a key factor for the working performance of the No-tillage seeder.This article focuses on analysis and design of a unitary soil working component for the No-tillage seeder DMB-4200.The unitary soil working component,including the trencher stubble breaking,the colterboot and the press wheel,was analyzed and designed based on the modeling in PRO/E,finite-element analysis in ANASYS and kinematic analysis,then summarized the characteristics of the unitary soil working parts.The experimental result verifies that the soil working parts can satisfy the designing requirements.
