摘要
本文以高能超声波法制备了香根草纤维素微/纳纤丝,并通过X射线衍射仪、光学显微镜和电子扫描电镜分别对处理前后的香根草纤维素的相对结晶度和形貌进行了分析。并将其作为改性剂与三聚氰胺浸渍树脂共混,对比分析了改性前后三聚氰胺浸渍树脂的耐磨性。研究表明:浸渍树脂中添加15%的微/纳米纤丝悬浮液,三聚氰胺浸渍树脂表面耐磨性提高最为显著。
The Vetiveria zizanioides micro/nano fibrils(VFs) were prepared by high intensity ultrasonication(HIUS).The relative crystallinity and morphologies of VFs were investigated by wide angle X ray(WAXD) and optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),respectively.The micro/nano fibrils were used to modify melamine formaldehyde resin(MF) impregnation resin and the property of abrasion resistance of MF before and after modification were evaluated.It showed that when filling with 15% of VFs,the abrasion got the minimum value,i.e.the abrasion resistant was best.
