报道在32年中收治了原发性婴幼儿青光眼145例(253眼),全部病例手术治疗后眼压达正常。对手术治疗、术式的选择及如何减少并发症,作了详细的介绍和讨论。强调了早期手术的必要性和长期的随诊防治弱视以减少盲童的意义。

ABSTRACT From 1956 to 1988, 145 cases (253 eyes) of primary infantile glaucoma were operated in our hospital.. In the light of past experiences and teachings, it is realized that goniotomy may be more convenient for the anterior angle hypoplasia, but filtrative operations, such as trabeculectomy, should be the first choice for advanced cases with large and cloudy cornea. However, if there is no micro-operative facilities, irridencleisis may be the first choice. How to reduce the operative complications and cut down the incidence of children's blindness are specially emphasized in this paper.
