摘要
本文报告368例急性心肌梗塞、心肌疾病、心包积液和室上性心动过速病人中发现电交替105例,占28.5％。其中1:1电交替为多。
In recent years, 105 cases of cares of cardiac electrical alterans were observed in our department,and its clinical significance was discussed. The results showed that cardiac electrical alterans could be observed in a variety of diseases, such as acvte myocardial infarction, cardiomyopathy, pericarditis, supraventri-cular tachycardia, etc.From the clinical point of view, cardiac electrical alterans is an elect ro-cardiographic phenomenon which may occur in different diseases with different trigger mechanisms.Therefore, there is no single reason that can explain this phenomenon, and there is no positive relationship between cardiac electrical alterans and the patient's prognosis.
