摘要
牛磺酸作为动物的条件性必需氨基酸，可促进动物对蛋白质、脂类物质的消化吸收，提高动物的生长性能，提高饲料效率。目前已把牛磺酸作为免疫增强剂和诱食剂广泛应用于水产饲料。本文综述了牛磺酸的生物学功能及其在水产养殖业中的应用现状。
Taurine as the animal conditionally essential amino acid, can promote animal pro- tein and lipid digestion, improve animal growth performance and feed efficiency. At present, taufine has been widely used in aquaculture feed as immunopotentiator and attractant. This article summarized the biological function of taurine and its application in aquaculture.
