随着国家对工程的安全卫生及环境保护的日趋重视,目前石油化工工程设计中的安全环保控制应进一步加强。健全新的控制管理体系及相应的技术标准,吸收国外有关先进经验,是提高设计中的安全环保控制水平的根本。

It is necessary that improving the health safety and environmental protection control of the design to improve the safety of units.
