医院感染现患率调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of prevalence of nosocomial infections

目的了解医院感染发生状况、抗菌药物使用及侵入性操作情况,为提高医院感染管理水平提供科学依据。方法采用横断面调查方法对2011年8月17日住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查。结果调查住院患者690例,院内感染15例、19例次,医院感染现患率为2.17%、例次感染率为2.80%,社区感染135例,现患率为19.57%;医院感染部位以下呼吸道感染为主;抗菌药物使用率为43.2%,一联使用占78.9%,二联使用占21.1%。结论医院感染现患率调查快速有效,资料准确,结果迅速,能反映医院感染情况,需进一步认真落实医院感染规范,加强侵入性操作管理,提高病原送检率,减少预防性用药,降低抗菌药物使用率。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the status of hospital infections, the use of antibacterial agents and invasive therapies so as to provide scientific basis for improving the management of nosocomial infections. METHODS The prevalence of nosocomial infections in the hospitalized patients was investigated on Aug 17,2011 by the cross- sectional survey method. RESULTS Of 690 hospitalized patients investigated, the woso comien infections occureet in 15 cases （19 case-times） the prevalence rate of nosocomial infections was 2.17%, the case-time infection rate was 2： 80%, there were 135 cases urith community-acquried infections, the preualenle rate was 19.57%. the lower respiratory tract was the main infection site; the utilization rate of antibiotics was 43.2%, single drug application accounted for 78.9 %, two-drug application accounted for 21.1%. CONCLUSION A rapid, effective, and accurate investigation of prevalence rate of nosocomial infections can basically reflect the status of nosocomial infections, it is necessary to implement the standard regulations of nosocomial infections, intensify the management of invasive operation,improve the submission rate of etiology, and reduce the prophylactic antibiotics and the utilization rate of antibiotics.
