手术室工勤人员职业安全防护工作的调查及管理对策

Investigation of occupational safety protection of operating room staff and countermeasures

目的调查20名新进手术室工勤人员对职业安全知识的了解情况,提出相应管理对策。方法采用自行设计的问卷表和访谈相结合方式调查工勤人员在新进入手术室时、培训后1周及1个月后对职业安全知识的掌握及依从。结果工勤人员对医院感染知识的了解从10.0%提高至95.0%,在正确使用相关防护用具从35.0%提高至90.0%,对锐器伤处理从25.0%提高至100.0%。结论加强对手术室工勤人员职业安全知识的规范化培训,并在工作中不断强化,才能提高工勤人员的职业安全意识和技能,降低工勤人员职业伤害的发生,保障工勤人员的身心健康。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the understanding of occupational safety among 20 operating room staff and service personnel and propose the corresponding management countermeasures. METHODS By means of self-designed questionnaires and conversation, the understanding and compliance of the occupational safety knowledge were investigated when they first joined the operating room, one week after the training, and one month after the training. RESULTS The understanding of the nosocomial infection knowledge increased from 10.0% to 95.0%, the correct use of protective devices increased from 35.0% to 90.0%, and the treatment of sharp instrument injuries increased from 25.0% to 100.0%. CONCLUSION Only in the way of strengthening the standardized training of the occupational safety can the occupational safety consciousness and skills of the staff be improved, the incidence of occupational injuries being reduced, and the physical and mental health of the staff being ensured.
