摘要
目的探讨当前常用化学消毒剂杀伤难辨梭状芽胞杆菌孢子活性的效果,为医院消毒供应中心选取化学消毒剂杀灭难辨梭状芽胞杆菌孢子提供参考。方法制备难辨梭状芽胞杆菌孢子待测样本,使用不同化学消毒剂进行消毒,分为清洁环境(0.3%白蛋白)和污浊环境(3%白蛋白),消毒时间为1min和60min,以孢子基数/消毒后存活数>103为标准,评价消毒剂是否有效。结果仅有8种化学消毒剂能在清洁环境和污浊环境中消毒1min和60min情况下,有效杀灭难辨梭状杆菌孢子,21种化学消毒剂效果次之,3种化学消毒剂无效。结论选取有效成分为二氧化氯的消毒剂、保持消毒供应中心整洁、延长消毒时间是杀灭难辨梭状芽胞杆菌孢子的关键。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the effects of current chemical disinfectants on killing the activity of Clostridium difficile spores so as to provide basis for the selection of chemical disinfectants to kill the Clostridium difficile spores in the central sterile supply department. METHODS Clostridium difficile spore samples were prepared and were disinfected by using different chemical disinfectants, which were divided into the clean environment (0.3% albumin) and dirty environment (3% albumin). They were sterilized for 1 minute and 60 minutes. The efficacy of the disinfectants was evaluated in accordance with the ratio of cardinal number of spores/survival number of spores as the standard. RESULTS Only 8 kinds of chemical disinfectants were capable of effectively killing Clostridium difficile spores under both clean environment and dirty environment with the disinfection for 1 minute or 60 minutes, there were 21 kinds of chemical disinfectants that were less effective and 3 kinds of chemical disinfectant that were invalid. CONCLUSION It is the key of killing the Clostridium difficile spores to select the disinfectant containing the chlorine dioxide as effective component, to keep the CSSD clean and tidy, and to extend the sterilization time.
