盆底肌肉妊娠期生物反馈训练肌电图变化分析

目的分析妊娠妇女盆底肌肉在妊娠期间生物反馈训练中的肌电图变化,探讨盆底肌肉训练在预防尿失禁中的可能机制。方法 39例未生育低危孕妇,进行4周的生物反馈训练,以最大自主收缩将EMG数据标准化,用表面肌电图标准化振幅的平均值评估盆底肌肉的肌电图结果,采用线性回归模型进行统计学分析。结果盆底肌肉的肌电图振幅在每次收缩时及每一次生物反馈训练周期结束时都稳定增强,训练前后差异比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在低危妊娠妇女的孕1 8～1 9周进行4周生物反馈训练可增强盆底肌肉的肌电活动,提示盆底肌肉训练可能在预防产后尿失禁中起作用。

Objective To analysis the electromyographic activity of pelvic loor muscles with biofeedback training during pregnancy.Methods 39 nulliparous women with low risk pregnancies performed four weeks of pelvic floor muscle biofeedback training were recruited,the average value of the normalized amplitudes of surface electromyography was used to evaluate the results.The linear regression model with mixed effects was used for statistical analysis,with the EMG data normalized by maximum voluntary contraction （MVC）.Results A steady increase in EMG amplitude was observed during each contraction and by the end of the biofeedback sessions, the difference was signiicant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Four weeks of of pelvic floor muscle biofeedback training improved electromyographic activity during the second trimester in women with low-risk pregnancies.
