复杂性胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术的疗效观察

目的探讨复杂性胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术的临床疗效。方法选取2002年1月～201 2年3月龙岗中心医院收治的复杂性胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者共60例,随机分为A组、B组,分别采用不同穿孔修补手术。结果 A组平均住院时间为(1 7.9±3.6)d,B组平均为(48.3±5.2)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组术后平均进食时间为(3.0±1.2)d,B组平均为(3.6±1.3)d,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);两组并发症总发生率差异具有统计学意义(6.67%vs 26.67%,P<0.05)。结论采用网膜堵入合并放射状缝合固定修补法治疗复杂性胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔,其效果确切,并发症少,术后愈合快。

Objective Learn the clinic effect of perforation repair for complex gastroduodenal ulcer. Methods 60 patients of complex gastroduodenal ulcer of Longgang Central Hospital from Jan 2002 to Mar 2012 divided into group A and group B. Each group used different perforation repairs. Results The average length of stay of group A was （17.9±3.6）d while group B was （48.3±5.2）d. The diverse of length of stay oftwo groups had significance （P〈0.05）. The experiment group has no recurrence. The average feeding time of group A was （3.0il.2）d while group B was（3.6：E1.3 ）d. The diverse of average feeding time of two groups had no significance （/〉〉0.05）. The diverse of total incidence of complications of two groups had significance （6.67% vs. 26.67%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Use omenttLm plugging and radial suture repair method treating complex gastroduodenal ulcer, which had exact effect, less complication and fast healing.
