MMP-2基因启动子区多态性与子宫内膜异位症易感性研究

Correlation between promoter polymorphism of MMP-2 and susceptibility of endometriosis

目的:探讨MMP-2启动子区基因多态性与广东地区妇女子宫内膜异位症(EMs)易感性的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态方法(PCT-RFLP)对77例EMs及83例对照组MMP-2启动子区基因多态位点的基因型分析。结果:MMP-2基因的基因型(P=0.97)以及等位基因频率(P=0.82)的分布差异均无统计学意义。结论:MMP-2启动子区-735C/T基因多态性与广东地区妇女子宫内膜异位症(EMs)易感性无明显相关性。

Objective： To explore the relationship between MMP-2 promoter region gene polymor- phism and susceptibility of women cndometriosis （EMs） in Guangdong Province. Methods： Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism （PCT-RFLP） method was applied to analyze MMP-2 promoter region gene polymorphism in 77 cases of EMs and 83 cases of control group. Results： MMP-2 gene genotype （P=0.97） and allele frequency （P=0.82） distribution differences were not statis- tical significant. Conclusion：There was no significant correlation between MMP-2 promoter region 735 C/ T gene polymorphism and the susceptibility of women endometriosis （EMs） in Guangdong.
