鸦胆子油乳联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

Effects of Brucea Javanica oil emulsion combined with chemotherapy on non-small cell lung cancer

目的:探讨鸦胆子油乳与化疗联合应用在中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者中的应用效果。方法:74例中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者随机分为观察组与对照组每组37例,均给予艾素+顺铂化疗,同时观察组给予鸦胆子油乳注射液治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组有效率为64.9%显著高于对照组的40.5%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组在体能状态、精神状态以及总体生活质量方面评分(QOL)均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组骨髓抑制发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而恶心呕吐发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:鸦胆子油乳联合化疗治疗NSCLC可增强抗癌药物对肿瘤的杀伤作用,同时对于减轻药物毒副作用,减轻骨髓抑制造成的白细胞减低具有重要作用。

Objective. To study the clinical effects of the application of brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with chemotherapy in patients with NSCLC. Methods; A total of 74 patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into observation group （n=37） and the control group （n=37）, all the patients were giv- en chemotherapy, and the observation group were given brucea javanica oil emulsion additional, then the clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results：The effective rate of the observation group （64. 9%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（40.5%）（ P（0.05） the QOL of the ob- servation group was significantly higher than the control group after the treatment （P（〈0.01）. Bone mar- row suppression incidence of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）, but no significantly difference in nausea and vomiting incidence was observed （P〉0.05）. Gonclusion： Brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with chemotherapy can enhance the anti-tumor effectsof anti-cancer drugs in patients with NSCLC, while reduceside effects, and alleviate the decreased white blood cells counts caused by bone marrow suppression.
