血清CEA、CA125、CA15-3联合钼靶X线影像检测在乳腺癌诊断中的意义 被引量:14

摘要 目的:探讨血清肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖链抗原125(CA125)、糖链抗原15-3(CA15-3)联合钼靶X线影像检测在乳腺癌诊断中的意义。方法:对70例乳腺疾病患者钼靶X线影像检查结果、血清肿瘤标志物CEA、CA125、CA15-3检查结果及术后病理检查结果进行了比较,分析联合检测对乳腺癌的诊断价值。结果:联合检测的灵敏度明显高于单纯钼靶X线影像检查和血清肿瘤标志物CEA、CA125、CA153检测。结论:血清肿瘤标志物CEA、CA125、CA15-3联合钼靶X线影像检测有助于乳腺癌的临床诊断。 Objective. To explore the value of serum CEA, CA125, CA15-3 combined with molyb- denum target X-ray in diagnosis of breast carcinoma. Methods. The X-ray imaging, CEA, CA125, CA15-3 and postoperative pathological result were analyzed and compared. Results. The sensitivity of combination detection was significantly higher than X-ray and serum tumor markers detection. Conclusions. The combi- nation detection of serum CEA, CA125, CA15-3 combined with molybdenum target X-ray is helpful in di- agnosis of breast carcinoma.
