聚焦超声波对膝关节炎性液中IL-1、TNF-α及PGE2的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨聚焦超声波治疗前后膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者关节液中白介素-1(IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和前列腺素-E2(PGE2)的变化情况。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附技术(ELISA)检测100例40~60岁、身体状况良好的(KOA)患者,运用聚焦超声波选取痛点进行治疗7d,比较治疗前、治疗7d及随访1周后3个时间点IL-1、TNFα、PGE2含量的变化情况。结果:治疗7d和随访1周后患者膝关节液中IL-1、TNFα、PGE2含量明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:聚焦超声对骨关节炎的治疗作用可能与IL-1、TNFα、PGE2含量降低有关。 Objective: To analyze changes IL-1.TNFα and PGE2 levels before and after undergoing the focusing ultrasound treatment in synovial fluid of osteoarthritis patients. Methods. A total of 100 pa- tients with osteoarthritis were treated with 7-day focusing ultrasound. Levels of IL-1.TNFα and PGE2 in synovial fluid was evaluated before treatment, 7 days after treatment, and 1 week after treatment using ELISA. Results. The levels of IL-1.TNFα and PGE2 in synovial fluid after treatment were all significant lower than that after treatment (P〈0.01). Conclusion. Therapeutic effects of focusing ultrasound on os- teoarthritis might be related with decrease in IL-1.TNFα and PGE2 levels.
