该文通过对文书档案管理现状的需求分析,结合计算机网络通信技术和数据库相关技术,设计了基于Web的文书档案信息管理系统,从而使办公文书档案管理的实现规范化、高效化、流程化和信息化。

This paper first analyzes the need of current management of archival documents and then designs web-based informa tion management system based on the relevant technology of computer network and database so as to realize standardized,effi cient,procedural and informationlization management.
