实际工作中有一些问卷需要多方协作完成。譬如：一个关于＂学生课堂评价＂的问卷,数据来源包括＂本人自评＂、＂同学代表互评＂和＂任课老师评价＂三方,然后按照公式得到总评成绩。要实现这样的功能,传统＂留言板＂型的问卷系统就不适合了。这里介绍一种针对此类需求的＂协作型＂问卷系统的设计。
