摘要
数控系统是工业现代化的基础,两坐标工作台控制系统作为数控系统重要部分,广泛应用于工业生产中。该文基于单片机设计了两坐标步进电机驱动运动工作台控制系统,对系统重要模块的原理与功能介绍并进行了仿真分析,实现了手动操作、自动回零、自动运行和急停与限位保护等基本功能。
CNC system is the basis of industrial modernization,the two coordinate table control system as an important part of CNC system,widely used in industrial production.This paper designed two coordinate stepper motor-driven control system based on microcontroller,introduced and analyzed of the principle and function of important system module,realized basic func tions such as manual operation,automatically returns to zero,automatically run and emergency stop and limit protection.
