摘要
通过消化试验测定了成都动物园20只山魈摄入的总能和粗蛋白的表观消化率。将动物分为成年组(4个重复)和幼年组,饲以蔬菜、水果、窝头、鸡蛋日粮,根据季节分成春季(3月)、夏季(7月)、秋季(9月)3期,每期采用内源指示剂法(AIA)进行8 d的消化试验。研究结果表明,成年山魈总能和粗蛋白的表观消化率分别为81.69%~87.66%和75.72%~82.08%;幼年山魈的总能和粗蛋白表观消化率分别为82.57%~84.71%和78.68%~80.04%;不同季节之间、成年和幼年之间总能和粗蛋白的表观消化率差异均不显著(P>0.05),但是成年山魈总能的表观消化率有高于幼年山魈的趋势。
We used digestion trials to study the digestibility of gross energy and crude protein by twenty healthy mandrills (Mandrillus sphinx) at the Chengdu Zoo,Sichuan,China.The mandrills were divided into adult(n = 9) and youth(n = 11) groups.The diet was composed of vegetables,fruits,steamed bread and egg.The digestion trials were conducted using the AIA method during 8 days of three seasons,spring(March),summer(July) and autumn(September).Digestibility of gross energy among adult mandrills ranged from 81.7%- 87.7%and that of crude protein from 75.7%- 82.1%and for young mandrills from 82.6%- 84.7%and from 78.7%- 80.0%,respectively.Digestibility of gross energy and crude protein did not differ significantly by season(P0.05).Digestibility of gross energy was higher for adult mandrills than that for young,but there was no significant difference in digestibility of gross energy and crude protein between the two age classes (P0.05).
