中国城市化进程中的社会问题分析

Analysis of the Social Issues in China's Urbanization Process

近年来,随着城市化成为推动经济社会发展的新引擎,中国的城市化建设取得了巨大的成就。但同时也带来了许多新的社会问题及矛盾,如农民工社会保障缺失、"城中村"滋生诸多社会问题、"城市病"问题严重等。进一步研究,不难发现这些问题及矛盾与中国的城乡二元结构、"土地城市化"快于"人口城市化"、"政府的城市管理水平滞后"等有关。为了实现国家"十二五"规划提出的"不断提升城镇化的质量和水平"的要求并促进中国城市化的健康可持续发展,重视城市化进程中的社会改革,已成为当务之急。

In recent years,along with urbanization becoming the new engine which promotes economic and social development,the urbanization process in our country has gain great achievement.However,it also brought many social problems,such as lack of social security for migrant labors,growing concern to ＂the village in the city＂,the problem of ＂urban diseases＂ and so on.With further research,it is not difficult to find that these problems are related to urban-rural dual structure,＂land urbanization＂ developing faster than the ＂population urbanization＂、lagged city management level.In order to realize the goal of ＂constantly improve the urbanization level and quality＂ proposed on The Twelfth Five-Year Plan as well as to promote the healthy development of urbanization,it is urgent to give priority to the social reform in China＇s urbanization process.
