摘要
劳动权国家保障义务的产生是近现代国家职能转变与人权保障进步的结果,其实现有赖于国家法律保障机制的运行。对中国劳动权国家保障义务的基本问题作深入论析,对于完善当代中国相应法律保障机制、促进劳动者人权保护事业的健康、有序发展,具有十分重要的现实和社会意义。
The state obligaiton of labor rights＇ protection resulted from the conversion of modern states＇ function and progress of human rights＇ protection.The realization of state obligation depends on the operation of state legal protection mechanism.The research on Chinese state obligation of labor rights＇ protection is significant for the improvement of Chinese labor rights＇ protection mechanism and the development of Chinese laborers＇ human rights protection career.
