摘要
当前国内信息(情报)咨询服务基点、重点和终点仍大多是对原始信息资源的获取,绝大部分数据库或信息资源系统主要还停留在接受用户简单提问和基于文献物理获取的服务。在Internet技术环境下如何将科技咨询业工作状态提升到“知识服务”层面,是面临发展的现实问题。通过思考和探索性初步研究,作者设计出一种基于Web的以个性定制与量身服务为核心流程的咨询商圈网络模式,希望能为现代咨询业利用互联网技术,实践知识服务探索出路提供新思维。
Currently, the basic point, focus point and end point of information consultation and services in China is still the obtaining of original information resources, h great majority of databases or information resources systems still mainly stays at acceptance of simple questions by the users and at the point based on physical obtaining of documents. Under the internet technology, how to lift the work of technology consultation to the level of "Knowledge Service" is considered to be a practical problem faced. However, through thinking and initial exploratory research, the author designs a consultation trade area network mode which is based on the web and also centered on personalized custom and fitting services, hoping that it can provide new thinking to modern consultation using internet technology and practical knowledge services.
