摘要 洛阳石化总厂二套重油催化裂化装置在第三周期开工中,总结以往开工中的经验教训,针对拆除大油气管线盲板和分馏系统开工三路循环过程中存在的安全技术问题进行了改进;在气压机抢修期间,为了使粗汽油能够直接进稳定塔生产合格的稳定汽油,防止后路憋罐、减少损失等,制定了切实可行的安全保证措施。确保了安全、高水平开工。 Upon summarizing the lessons and experience from last startup of No.2 FCC Plant in Luoyang Petrochemical Complex, modifications are made to the removal of the blind plate on the cracker gas line and the 3 route circulation during the commissioning of the fractionating system for a safer startup during the third startup of the plant. When the compressor was repaired, reliable safety measures were adopted to introduce raw gasoline directly to the stabilizer to produce on-specification gasoline while the overfilling of downstream receiving tanks was avoided and the loss was reduced, With these, a safe and quality startup was assured.
