Implementing Innovation Driven Strategy to Accelerate the Construction of the Innovative City——Take Tangshan City as the Example

在分析唐山市建设创新型城市意义的基础上,通过选取评价指标,构建了城市创新力评价体系,对唐山市2006-2010年的创新力情况做出了评价,并结合各级指标,对唐山加快建设国家创新型城市提出了对策和建议。

Based on analyzing the significance of constructing an innovative city in Tangshan, the innovation force evaluation system is formed by selecting the evaluation index and the innovation force of Tangshan from the year 2006 to the year 2010 is evaluated. Combining different indexes, countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the construction of the innovation city in Tangshan city are put forward.
