园艺产品贮藏与加工学教学改革探讨

Discussing on the Teaching Reform of Storage＆Processing of Horticultural Product

针对园艺产品贮藏与加工学课程教学的现状及存在的问题,进行了深入的分析和探讨,从教学内容、教学方式与方法、实验教学、课程考试等方面进行了相应的改革与实践。通过对园艺产品贮藏与加工学课程的改革,完善了课程体系,优化了教学方式方法,加强了实验教学,更有利于培养和提高学生的动手能力、实践及创新能力。

The teaching reform of storage ＆ processing of horticultural product is discussed in the paper. In order to improve the present situation and resolve existing problems, the corresponding reform and practices are carried on from selection of course materials, teaching methods, effective use of multimedia, examination methods, experimental teaching and so on. It is beneficial for perfecting the course system, optimizing teaching methods, especially to cultivate and improve college students＇ practice and innovation abilities.
