摘要
以不锈钢点焊地铁车为载体,应用HYPERMESH软件和有限元分析软件ANSYS进行有限元建模和稳定性计算,得到不锈钢点焊车发生屈曲的部位以及屈曲因子λ.发现该车局部结构失稳现象严重,不能满足设计要求,并提出改进意见,为不锈钢点焊车的在生产和研发提供必要的理论依据.
Using weld stainless steel subway cars as a carrier, the softwares of Hypermesh and Ansys are employed to construct the model and simulate its stability, and the bulking part and factor A of the weld car are obtained. It is found that the instability of local structural is serious, which cannot meet the design requirements. Thus the improvement opinion is proposed, which can provide the necessary theoretical basis for the research and development e weld cars.
