货车后部吸能装置40%偏置碰撞仿真分析

摘要 建立并验证了货车后部吸能装置全宽碰撞模型的有效性,按照ECE R94.01法规和PRO/E软件建立该装置的有限元模型,利用有限元方法对其进行40%偏置碰撞吸能性仿真分析,通过与货车后部原有结构进行对比分析,结果发现:该吸能装置可以避免轿车偏置追尾碰撞货车时钻入货车下部并吸收两者碰撞过程所产生的大部分动能,从而使轿车和货车本身结构的变形达到最小. According to ECE R94.01 regulation and using PRO/E software, a finite element model of the full width truck rear collision energy-absorbing device is constructed, and the validity of the collision model is verified. Based on finite element method, the analysis of the energy-absorbtion of the truck rear device in 40% off- set impact is established. By comparison with the original structure of the truck rear energy-absorbing device. The results shows that the energy absorbing device avoid the car drill into the lower part of truck when offset rear-end collision with other truck, and the most of the kinetic energy generated during the collision process can be absorbed by the device. Accordingly, the structural deformation of the ear and truck kept to a minimum.
