摘要
研究2,4-二硝基氯苯和对硝基氯苯对斑马鱼的急性毒理学作用,结果表明,2,4-二硝基氯苯的24h、48h、72h、96h的LC50分别为0.371、0.444、0.642、0.928 mg/L,毒性为高毒;对硝基氯苯的24h、48h、72h、96h的LC50分别为33.732、29.843、28.714、25.593 mg/L,毒性为低毒。
Acute toxicity of 2,4 - Dinitrochlorobenzene and p - Chlomnitrobenzene on Brachydanio rerio without feeding were studied. The result showed that LCs0 of 2,4 - Dinitroehlorobenzene in 24h ,48h,72h,96h was 0. 371,0. 444,0. 642,0. 928 mg/L,whieh belonged to high toxicity grade; LCs0 of p - Chloronitrobenzene in 24h,48h,72h,96h was 33. 732,29. 843, 28. 714,25. 593 mz/L.which belonged to low toxicity grade.
