摘要 研制了一种五味子专用加工机械,它改善了传统的手工加工方式,提高了劳动效率。该机主要由机架、梗粒分离机构、打浆机构组成和传动部分组成。根据五味子加工的工序将加工分为去梗和打浆2步,分别应用不同的装置完成,并且这2套装置也可单独使用,用以完成单独的加工工序。该机结构紧凑、操作简单,并具有很好的分离和打浆效果。 A special processing machinery was developed for the Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus. It has improved the tradition- al manual process, improved the working efficiency, liberated labor. The machine is mainly composed of a machine frame, stems and grains separating mechanism, beating mechanism and a transmission part. According to the processing procedure of the Schisandra Chinensis Fructus, The processing is divided into de - stemmed and beating and applied to the different de- vices. And the two set of devices can also be used alone, to complete the separate processing operation. It has the advanta- ges of compact structure, simple operation, and has good separation and the beating effect.
